Pricing varies based on the size of the property and how the concrete is laid out. If the snow can only be piled in one place, the extra work does cost more.

Are you looking for snow removal for your condominium or commercial property?

Mow Town provides both snow removal services for multi-family residential (condominiums, apartments, townhouses), commercial buildings, retail locations, and industrial sites.

Commercial snow removal standards are to have all snow removed from sidewalks and entrances within 24 hours of the end of snowfall. Ice melt and gravel are automatically included in our sidewalk clearing prices, as safety is critical at these sites.

Parking lot clearing is also available for commercial and condo customers. All skid steer and dump truck services are billed hourly from the time leaving the shop to the time back at the shop, with a minimum 3-hour booking. Lot clearing and sanding can be set up as a call out or automatic based on a threshold amount of snow triggering our lot clearing response. Lot clearing can be done during the day and by appointment (for condos with residents who will need notice) or overnight clearing (for retail and commercial buildings).
